There is no doubt about the success of our WordPress Real Estate themes and the great community that supports them, Smooth WordPress Real Estate theme is a great example of a featured packed theme built by the feedback and requests of the Gorilla Themes WordPress community.
If you already own one of our Real Estate themes you may know that I’m always looking for ways to simplify things, give great new updates that not only are up to date with the latest version of WordPress but also deliver amazing new features that were never advertised in the original purchase and all of them are free updates for existing customers like the recent inclusion of styles and a 25% discount for the excellent Gravity Forms Plugin.
One of the most requested features from Realtors and developers that I get on my inbox on a daily basis is WordPress-IDX-MLS (Multiple Listing Service) integration and the ability for theme owners to plug their license on the themes without the need for entering listings manually and with the advantage of having MLS search without having to fall on complicated iframes and customizations.
Gorilla Themes partnered with a company specialized in IDX integration and we will be offering FULL WordPress and IDX integration soon (IDX Sync) without the need of a plugin or complicated setups, additionally customers will be able to export the feeds in formats available for Trulia, Zillow, Google Base, etc, for great syndication of their listings.
Area information, schools, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, schedule showing and much more are just a few of the features that will be available with the integration on Google Maps, all Gorilla Themes will have IDX integration together with several new themes that we are working on.
This is a huge step in the right direction for our Real Estate themes and we will be adding one more package to our themes with the WordPress-IDX-MLS integration services.
